Standing at the work place is not the solution

You have heard the advice Do not keep sitting for too long at the work place a hundred times. We all know sitting for long hours causes health issues.


The answer is not standing. Standing for long hours at the work place also causes a host of health issues such as fatigue, sore feet, swollen legs, varicose veins, etc. (MNT)


Best solution to get up after every 20 minutes for 2-5 minutes. Walk around or do a few jumping jacks to avoid the health issues associated with sitting for too long. But simply standing long hours is not the solution.


Antidepressant and pain killers cause bleeding inside of head

Do not take antidepressants and pain killers together. Doing so increases the chance of bleeding inside of your skull (intracranial hemorrhage). (MNT)

Too much fructose could make you fat
