Too much fructose could make you fat

Some scientists believe that when you eat fructose laden foods such as maple syrup, agave, and corn syrup, the fructose fools your brain into believing that you are not full and so you eat even more.

Avoid fructose rich foods. Fruits do not come under this. They contain fructose but in little amounts enough to sweeten them but not cause you harm. (Sweet Poison: Why Sugar is ruining our health).
