Get a strong immune system

If you want to have a pool of women to choose from as your spouse, then you need to strengthen your immune system.


Studies have shown that women are attracted to men with strong immune systems (1, 2, 3).


Men with high testosterone usually have stronger immune systems. To boost your immune system follow the following advice:


Quit smoking
Exercise - Both strength training and High Intensity Interval Training will give you best results
Eat garlic
Get enough Zinc
Get 8 hours of sleep daily
Avoid stress and stress related activities
Laugh more
Give up alcohol
Eat a balanced diet which includes plenty of fruits and vegetables
Do not over train by exercising too much
